Sphenisco cooperates with a variety of conservation organizations and zoos in Germany and Europe.

Members of Sphenisco are the zoos of Bernburg, Bremerhaven, Dortmund, Dresden, Dublin (Ireland), Frankfurt, Halle, Karlsruhe, Köln, Krefeld, Landau, Neumünster, Neuwied, München, Osnabrück, Rostock, Saarbrücken, Schwerin, Vogelpark Marlow, Volkel (Dierenpark Zie Zoo, Netherlands), Antarctic Research Trust (Zürich, Switzerland), the Spreewelten Sauna- & Badeparadies Lübbenau, the Penguin-Museum Cuxhaven, Ozeanum Stralsund, the Tierpark & Fossilium Bochum and the Luisenpark Mannheim. Many ex-volunteers of Otway Foundation became members of Sphenisco thus finding a good way to go on with their conservation activities. In addition animal keepers and persons interested in Humboldt-Penguins are collaborating with Sphenisco. Further co-workers and supporters are welcome.
